Hidden gem? Locals place? Low prices, great pancakes, French toast and potatoes.Food: 5/5

CASH ONLY!  After coffee on the beach and then a cortado at Deke's around the corner, it was time for a proper breakfast. I stopped at Green Owl and after a very short wait, was brought to a table and provided a menu. A few minutes later, a waitress took my order.  Less than ten minutes later a plate with two fried eggs, two sausage patties and toast. As ordered and a tasty meal, it's clear that they want to turn over tables here. While you're not rushed, you're also not encouraged to dawdle. Which is fine and they're not pushy about it.  This was an inexpensive breakfast on a Saturday morning. Just remember to have the cash. They have an expensive ATM in the back.  Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options. Pancakes, for example.  Dietary restrictions: Ask about allergens.  Parking: Check the meter.  Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu!  Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access and all tables have space for a wheelchair.

This is the diner cafe of my dreams. We were greeted by the friendliest and most welcoming staff and instantly felt like part of their family. The food was superb and very affordable. We got pancakes, bacon and an egg with coffee and juice. Such an amazing hidden gem. Could not recommend enough. Note they are cash only however, there is an ATM on site.

A local favorite, you walk in and feel the buzz of patrons and staff.  The high top seating is always filled with random people who know each other. They are friendly and inviting to outside conversation.  The decor is fun with owls in plain sight and hidden throughout the restaurant.  The food is of a good portion size, and they do have a decent selection for breakfast and lunch.

I don’t usually eat pancakes but since they were highly recommended I decided to try them. Man, they truly are the best pancakes! Not thick, light, and airy. What a delight! The service was the quickest service I’ve ever received. Everyone in the small sit-down restaurant got quick service. I was just passing through but this will be my space to visit when I’m in the area. Our two breakfasts were less than $25. I would have spent more at DD or Starbies.

Fresh food at a very convenient price.  The service is fast, the team is dynamic and friendly.  Remember to carry cash but if you don't have it, it's not a problem, there is an ATM inside.   It is very well located for hiking after breakfast.Food: 5/5

We received great customer service and it was a party of 6. The food was average. With that said if you are    downtown it's an easy place to stop in and see friendly people.  Kid-friendliness: Very wonderful server treated our 5 year old like a star!

Cash only! There is an ATM machine onsite : so no excuses. Food was great and came out very quickly. Eggs were not over cooked and bathroom was clean.Food: 5/5

Finally visited this location and was happily surprised it was better than the Boynton location. This store has a different energy. Probably due to its location right off Atlantic Avenue; gives it a more upbeat feel-just a livelier, hot spot kind of place. And I was there for it all. Out of the dozens of breakfast places my companion and I have been to, this place has exactly what he always wants. 3 eggs, bacon, and pancakes.  He doesn’t eat home fries, grits or any other sides.  So he got those items and was happy. So was I with the price. I naturally had the eggs Benedict cuz I try every restaurant’s. This was a close second to one place in Boynton and Lantana. I got grits w it and well, they’re grits. I added a blueberry pancake to my breakfast and I will say it was the best I’ve ever had. We both really liked our meals. The prices were extremely reasonable and very fair. The service was a little slow, but once we got going we were fine. I’ll be going to this location again as it’s bright, cheerful and affordable.

Great atmosphere, awesome food and a wonderful community.  I’m a big fan of the biscuit & gravy only served on weekends.  The gravy is 2nd to none!   They do a great job with all their dishes and the service is impeccable.  My number one breakfast spot in Delray!!   Oh lunch is good too.  Hahaha!Food: 5/5
