If i could give a negative star. They are NEVER in their office. They are rude and have terrible people skills. They have ran my husbands card for 3 months worth without asking then arguing with us saying thats what we asked. Well... um... if it was then why would we say anything?!?! Long story short... these trashy units will not be holding our belongings after this 3 months that they "cannot" give us back is up. #trashy #ghettoAF

I have lived in one of Greenriver townhomes for almost three years now. I'm getting ready to leave, asap! I have had to call over and over and over to get anything fixed and I'm still waithing for 2 things to get fixed for several months now! They don't spray for bugs as often as they say they do and they are extremely rude over the phone and in person. They just raised my rent and haven't mowed the lawn in the front for almost a month! It is now almost 2 feet high. Also, they promised to fix our back yard for it's enormous tree roots taking up the whole yard back in Dec '06 and haven't even sent a contractor out to give a bid!!!! They stink in every essences of the word!

I have lived here for 5 years. They increase the lot rent every summer. They say it is due to maintence fees, and increasing tax rates for the lots. BUT...the "maintence" at this place is getting worse and worse. About 90% of the white fences are moldy, broken,and rotten. They take forever to mow by the bayou, where snakes are VERY well known to be at. There is no playground for the kids to play at. Some residents leave their Christmas decorations on their housetill like July.AND the WORST PART is the water supply!!!! All of the mobile homes are connected to ONE water supply. Which means if there is a leak..guess what???? Everybody has to suffer!!! They turn off the water with no notice, at any given time. It has been known to be turned off over night before. Which should be illegal if you ask me!!! They go through management all the time. So you will see a new face every couple of months. The maintence crew looks like they just woke up, all the time. Very unprofessional crew...hair shaggy, shirts untucked with holes and paint everywhere, pants sagging, scruffy. As far as the "tax increase", that is bullcrap. Anyone can check the property tax online through the Appraisal District...it hasn't increased!!I would not recomment this to anyone!!
