Went with Greenstar because of a great price and electrician indicated that he could do next day between 10:00 and 11:00 with my roommate who scheduled the service. No one came during the scheduled time. Electrician texted my roommate at 11:02 AM saying he wouldn’t be by until the afternoon. That’s when I texted directly:

Me at 11:23AM: “Hi this is James, I’m the homeowner of _______. What time will you be by this afternoon?”

Me again at 2:36 PM (over 3 hours later) after no response and waiting all day and calling twice: “Please cancel coming by. I won’t be around later. Thanks.”

Greenstar Electrician Paul at 3:56 PM:
“Go F*** Your Self!!!
You little man b****.....”

Pathetic and disappointing. Beware.

We needed an electrician's help today.   It's not an emergency but something that needs fixing in 1 day.  
So we made an appointment for 6pm.  
The guy no showed. My wife calls him.  He says "I'll text you as soon as I get closer to your house".  
An hour goes by, and nothing.   
Another hour goes by, and again nothing.  
Unprofessional bullsnot!    You no show to an appointment.  You don't answer calls or return them.  
At 830pm at night, what freaking electrician are we supposed to call...   since this moron no showed to his 6pm appointment?!?!?
Who will come out at 830pm now?    No one!

If looking for an electrician - keep looking.

Ripped us off by not providing a generator that was paid for.  Still trying to collect our money.

I called this people since friday and supposed to be coming to my job for some service and they never showed up, i spoke to a man name Paul and he said he was going to call me today and again haven't heard from him. I called the office and no answer. SMH

Paul did a good job the 1st day, but never came back to finish.  He has stood me up twice since and has avoided my calls for 4 weeks.  I am now paying someone else to finish.
