Prices are too high for the books they're selling.  I went in for some kids books and how-to books, but wasnt ready to spend 75% of list price.  I guess they have their loyal customers, otherwise they couldnt stay in business because I dont think the prices will appeal much to the masses.  For these prices, I'll stick with amazon.
