The place is ran horrible I worked here and if you not Mexican good luck. I was blamed for the terrible wait time and mis management of customers in order. Do not go to this car wash unless you want to be harassed by pushy Mexicans for tips. The manager carlos has an ugly old wife that harasses customers for tips and thinks she's special because her husband is a manager this is a conflict of interest and should not be. Also Carlos knows nothing about management and should not be working there.

I called ahead because I was scared to get charged a ridiculous amount to get my SUV cleaned and fully detailed. We drove from Anchorage, AK through Canada, Montana, Idaho and Down through Nevada with 3 large dogs in winter conditions. 2 Belgian Malinois & an Alaskan Malamute so the inside had dirt and dog hair embedded EVERYWHERE you could think of. 
The Lady I spoke to on the phone was so nice and willing to work with us along with the staff I spoke to when I arrived. When we showed up and they were so welcoming and ready to work. Brett W. did the job 110%, he went above and beyond our expectations and talk about patience & precision with getting ALL the dog hair out and dirt. My SUV looks brand new like when I first bought it, even the Yakima Skybox (cargo box) on the roof.
Definitely coming back again. Totally expected to get screwed over and over charged. NOPE!
I definitely recommend this place 110%!
We had some chips in the windshield  but declined at the moment.

Great place to get auto services done!  I handed my car over for the hour and the staff washed the exterior and interior of my toyota complete with shampooing, detailing, and tire cleaning.  They even offered to call my insurance and check if im covered for free windshield crack repairs, so now that looks as good as new too.  I will definitely be coming back again!

When I pulled in there were 2 cars ahead of me.  After waiting 37 minutes my car was still not in the wash, and 8 other cars came out before mine.  If I had known it would have taken 45 minutes before my car was even washed (not to mention the 10-15 minutes it takes to dry, which I expected and was fine with) I would have come back another time.  I would expect over an hour wait if they were crowded and 10+ cars in front of me.  To wait a total of 55 minutes to have my car washed when there was only 2 other cars in front of me is unacceptable.

Generally pretty good ... but you have to be careful who you let wash your car. Some "regulars" are solid. Avoid the teens. Windshield repair people are mildly annoying but not aggressive. I have tried several car washes around Henderson ... and this one is my favorite.
