Horrible service.  Dispatch/customer service is rude, extremely unhelpful.  He rushed me off the phone after letting me know he didn't want to do the job I needed help with.  They turned down my business and in a very rude way.  I will never use or suggest them to anyone.  I would award less than one star if it allowed me to.

They put in a new water heater for me. Excellent work. The guy really knew his stuff.

We were away from our home when a water leak was discovered between the house and the meter at the street.  GV Plumbing came out and estimated about $1,500 to replace the line.  We said to go ahead.  The bill came to $2,100 because they said the digging was extra difficult.

The workmanship was great, I just don't see why I had to pay $80.00 per hour for someone to dig a trench.  I don't mind paying for expertise but I didn't need a Master Plumber to dig the ditch for the water line.

Be careful if you have a manual labor intensive project because i will be expensive.

I consider it deceptive when they quote you an "installed" price and then charge you labor and travel time. The worker was very slow, as well. But the job was competent, just WAY overpriced, buyer beware the "installed" price does not include labor.
