Customer service is horrible. Had a friend rented a storage there we help them move but they made us all sign in before we could go back to their storage. I was ridiculous. I'll never rent a unit there

These people are crooks dont let the old lady and old man fool u they charged me for a 10 x 10 which was not a 10 x 10 and they charged me when i already paid for a few days to move out the unit talking about late fees then tbey put lien fees on my unit one month late but i paid it one month but with lien fees on a storage i pay 110 on it waa 600.00 for one month late mind u not even the right size they tried to auction my belongings after they seen what was in their but i got my stuff out before they could they over charge for locks that are 10 any were else 16.99 and 20 cut off of u lose ur keys i left a key in office and it was lost somehow but they swear they didnt do it stay away its not worth it and the units are not in great shape lots of water damage and if it rains welp your stuff is ruined and u have to wait on ur damage claim the old man is so dam rude omg he rides around on that cart looking at what u have in ur storage its not cool u have to wait literally for him to go or he will be looking all in your storage to see what u have so the can try and auction your belongings if ur late dont trust these people they will beat u out ur money and pocket some if u ask me they very misleading and i dont understand how the owner let them operate unless its a whole operation of stealing people money shame on these pepple they make u think twice about the elderly and your respect level for older people because these two racking in the cash and using old age and senior looks to do it dont fall for the okie dok i wish i could rate them negative 0

I had a wonderful experience with Janet and Irvin, they were very clear with their requirements. I felt very safe knowing my belongings were in their care, I never had any issue with their service.

This place is a joke! Rude employees that have zero communication skills. If you are looking for a storage unit I recommend going else elsewhere as they will do everything in their power to make your storage a nightmare. I wish I could give them zero stars.
