2nd UPDATE.. To my first update.. well the Mexican lady that's full of tattoos and braided hair is back at the front counter and her attitude is just the same, nasty as a snake.... I will no longer be going there again and I will never give them another chance..

Great news, originally gave a one-star review because of a situation with the front counter lady... but the management has remedied the situation and now once again it's the best place to come for all your dry cleaning needs. They do a great job at an extremely affordable price :)

DO NIOT GO HERE!!!  Green Wave Cleaners is the worst drycleaners I have ever been to in my entire life.  If you could give a negative 5 that's what they would receive.  The staff is very ignorant and are not trained properly. I get a different story as to when my close will be ready even though it is printed on the ticket.  I would be told "that's just the way it is.  If you don't like it you can go somewhere else."  Also, they don't know how to press dress shirts.  They left creases on the shirt where they shouldn't be.  DON'T GO HERE!!

Terrible place! I took 6 shirts in to get pressed. A big rude latina lady told me to come back the next day after 4:00PM to pick them up and gave me attitude. I told her I needed them for an event at 5PM the next day. I went in the next day at 4:15PM. Her and another tattooed lady looked through all the clothes and couldn't find mine. They said they hadn't arrived yet, as they had been sent somewhere else to be pressed. Why were they sent somewhere else? I told her my ticket said they'd be ready at 4:00PM. She said they usually arrive around 4:30PM and yelled at me that she had said to come in after 4:00PM. Isn't 4:15PM after 4PM? I waited till 4:40PM, but they never arrived. I had to go or I'd miss the event which I now had no clothes for! I told her I wanted a refund since they weren't ready as promised. She said I'd have to come back the next day when a manager was available and promised me a refund. I came back the next day. The manager (an African man) refused a refund and said that someone has to pay the people who pressed my clothes and it wasn't going to be him. He gave me $5 to use as store credit. I wanted my $15 back instead! I will never go back there. Terribly rude, trashy, and uneducated people. They can't even spell the word "ASK!." Look at their sign, it says "AKS." Didn't expect this in Huntington Beach!

DON'T GO HERE! Terrible customer service from all employees (two rude latino ladies) and African manager. They don't have your clothes ready when promised and it's a sketchy place. They made me feel really uncomfortable and threatened with their attitudes. Uneducated slow ignorant people.
