When I first started going to this office I liked it then they began to change their staff.  First the dentist left, then the dental hygienist also left and it has been down hill from there.  I had to wait several weeks for a crown to come in and  when it did come in it was un-acceptable. Then waited another 2 1/2 weeks until the new one came in.  On the day they said the crown had arrived I was the one who called them to ask why it was taking so long? After waiting on the phone for 15 or 20 minutes they inform me that it had arrived and was in the back somewhere.  I do not recommend this office to anyone.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I've been there many times and each time have a great experience. Dentist and supporting staff are very kind and take time to explain things. Dentist gives me options and suggestions to help my teeth to prevent having work done (and does not charge me for it as one review suggested). I have had to wait a little, which is the reason for only four stars, but from my experience that is the same at any dentist. Greenberg is highly recommended in my book.

This place is unorganized and the staff is rude and very unprofessional. I work in the medical field and know how difficult it can be to keep an office running smoothly. I also understand that people have bad days but every interaction I have had with this office has been mediocre and its always pass the buck.

Office staff seem very confused about everything . The dental assistant didn't understand how to operate the X-ray machine, she also stemmed very confused.I had an exam then had to wait 30 min for my cleaning and spent a total 1 1/2for an appointment that usually takes an hour. The doctor was amazing and very professional.

I went to the one on 301 in riverview recently to have a tooth pulled, but after the dentist looked at it, he said I'd need to be referred to the main office. I paid $75 for the visit. That night it started hurting again so I went back the next day to get some antibiotic. I was told the doctor would have to re-examine me and I would be charged for another office visit. So, they did nothing for me the first time, and wanted more money the next day. I walked out the door. It's ok with me though - I'll gladly put my money elsewhere.
