Quiet and peaceful.  The people here are so friendly and nice.  It's like going back in time where people actually say "hello" and wave to people they have never met.

$665 a month and nothings included. The least they could do is cover trash pickup.
or lawn maintenance.
On top of that you're paying real estate tax based on your home.
On a positive note, it is a pleasant quiet community.

This place is filled with kid friendly events and the community is great. Lot rent is a little high,  but it's a very nice area and not far from town.

Needs a pool. Nice quiet community, great park for kids, great basketball court and some nice grassy areas for football. Close to everything!
