Greenbrook Flowers had a very sweet, helpful receptionist to help me pick out my selection, however, overall this was the worst florist experience I have ever had. My order was so late that the place I sent the order to closed before the flowers ever arrived. I had even called the florist multiple times during the day (when the flowers didn't arrive in the morning) to ensure that the flowers would make it on time at all. I was continuously reassured that "they were going to make the delivery". Not only did the order not make it that morning (when I had ordered them to arrive) but they did not show up at all. After all of this, I was rudely answered when I told the florist that my order was too late. She asked "so what do you want me to do now?" and mentioned that I had told her 30 minutes too early for the closing time anyway (at this time it was already 4:10). Regardless, they were supposed to be delivered that morning and were supposed to be delivered at all. So, I asked for a refund.  I would recommend this place if you are hoping to waste your day waiting for something you probably won't get. I have never given a review before but this experience impacted me enough that I had to let others know what they could be signing up for.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I ORDER A BALLOON BOUQUET OVER THE PHONE FROM AN ONLINE COMPANY THAT USED THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE ANSWERING SERVICE. I WAITED ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR SOME ONE TO CALL ME BACK ABOUT MY ORDER, WHICH I PAID FOR FRIDAY TO HAVE DELIVERED SATURDAY (TODAY 09-06-14)! I CALLED AND WAS INFORMED THE COMPANY WAS CLOSED AND I COULDN'T RECEIVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MY ORDER! I WILL NOT  EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT USE THIS COMPANY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND SLOW!!!! THE ONLY REASON I RATED IT A 1 WAS BECAUSE I COULDN'T GIVE IT A ZERO!

Great shop if you want to spend hundreds of dollars for flowers that are never delivered.  
When you order an arrangement for delivery and they charge you extra for delivery to a funeral you expect it to me delivered.  The online form does asked for all delivery information.  My co-worker returned today and I could tell he was upset, I asked him if he enjoyed the flowers and he proceeded to tell me we didn't send any.  I am furious!  Called shop and they stated they couldn't find anyone to deliver them.  Really?

I ORDERED AN ARRANGEMENT  OVER THE PHONE. IT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AND WAS BEAUTIFUL.
