Great updated park. The equipment is unique, but also includes traditional favorites (baby swings, big kid swings, and slides). There is a small lake stocked with fish and a walking path around it. The exercise equipment is also a nice addition! Parking fills up fast on the weekend. This park has public restrooms and a water fountain.

The bass used to be much bigger before they  remodeled the pond. I am glad they have a few small ones there still but who ever is managing the pond I hope will keep the bass plentiful and healthy. It was once one of the best and little known urban ponds in the east valley for bass in my opinion. But time will tell and I hope people will let the bass grow instead of taking them home before they are big and fun to catch. Now that it is on the urban fishing list there will be more pressure on the fish and possibley over fished by people keeping too many fish. Look at Riverview park. It's tough bass fishing there. Red mountain is rough too.

Could use more shade over the benches...it was warm in the sun today....can't imagine how uncomfortable it will be during summer. Otherwise, we love it!! It was a great improvement!!

It just got redone and I love it. Now has Bathroom's it has a lake or phone whatever u wanna call it. Love it

Newly renovated park. Great facilities and a nice park to bring your family for some fun and plenty of area for cooking out.
