I had to take the seminar due to that I’m buying a home with a mortgage company. Well they didn’t tell me what I already know about how to pay and manage my bills. When I started explaining to the guy that was counseling me about one of my credit cards as to how hard it was to manage the website payments, apparently I was talking too much for him because he cut me off in a nice nasty way and said that our meeting was for only 45 mins to cover the material that he called me for and I should probably call IT for that “credit card” company since I was having issues with the website. He continued to review the rest of the scheduled material and but continued to ask me if I had questions but I refused to ask him of any since he made such a rude remark. I just continued to say that I’d rather not waste any time of me talking…
TREAD CAREFULLY!!! ENTERED this debt 'management' program a year ago with 5 lenders and have paid all my debts as planned until i lost my job; missed a payment and then resumed and THOUGHT it was all good until yesterday; i got a letter from a lender stating i've been kicked out of my program for missing the payment and my interest just went to 30% - talked to REP and was told SORRY we put a notice in your portal the other week NO NOTIFICATION OF SAID NOTICE and we 'ask you to participate' by checking the portal.. THATS FREAKING GREAT!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING
I have been the run around about getting service restored I had to a check cashing place to get a money order the money has been in my account two now had to find a out to Farmington hills this a very unprofessional company I have also contacted DTE and 211 bout the lack of service on this business they are not giving any money u have come up with your own funds
Had an appointment for 7:30am and they called at 7:58am. Obviously missed that call, but when I called back - on hold for an 1.5 hours and it automatically hangs up on you. Did this twice - then on the third call they answered after 55 minutes. Was told they can schedule another call next week, but with their track record - I’m not about to have them call 28 minutes late and have to reschedule it for the next week. Nightmare of customer service - highly recommend using a different company.

I consider this the place to go if you are overwhelmed in debt. They explain things how they work .Make a goal for you to achieve, contact and send a proposals to all your creditors and within a month or two all of your bills will start getting paid . IT'S. Not like the other companies that want you to deposit money into a account and when you have enough theyll make a proposal to the creditor. And if they settle 8000 out of. 10000. You have to claim that on your taxes as earned income. CAUSE with green path your paying off the balance off over a period of time
