I really love this community and all the green trees and nature attracted me to here.  I have been happy until I learned this is going to be owned or is already owned by the people who managed/owned 4 Seasons here in Belvidere IL.  Four Seasons community looks so plastic, not enough open space and nature.  Love tree's!  Love greenery!  That's why I choose Greenview Estates.  Downfall,  NO RECYCLE PROGRAM!  MAKES MY LIFE MISERABLE!   Recycling is a no brainer.  That is my reason to give it 4 stars instead of 5.   PLEASE work out a recycle program!

Like anywhere you go, there will be good days and bad days. But, I must admit this place is Much better than Four Seasons. It's very comfortable and quiet, and I have the best neighbors.

I have had no issues with this place my neighbors are great!  They help our family out a lot and my family feels safe here we love it.
