Doctors are wonderful here!  The office staff are friendly, but a little incompetent.  Not very understanding or just do not care that when a doctor prescribes medication, and it doesn't get sent to the pharmacy, its the office's fault, and it needs to be sent in ASAP.  I got the comment that 'your doctor isn't in today, so she will see this Monday', when I clearly stated that the script was supposed to be sent 2 weeks ago, and I am now out of my medication.
