Needed a boat key cut - they ordered the blank templates and said they would call within the week when they were in and could cut my spares.  They never called, but I stopped in a couple weeks later and said they couldn't help me, but then I reminded them of the special order.  They cut 2 spares, but neither of them worked.  Brought them back in and I asked if they could re-try / re-cut new spares - they handed me $10 bucks and said sorry can't help you.

Phoned 9 am for service.  was told someone would come within an hour. Phoned back told there was other things the guy was doing but he would be coming.  1;05 pm.  cancelled the call and found someone else who came within the hour
