Awesome customer service!! Lance was great... I went to get my son some walking shoes, they had his size and several colors and styles to choose from! I was very relieved to have such a great experience... Especially after reading the reviews from past customers!! I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

My wife and I showed up here to purchase some shoes for my 11 month old son.  It was his first pair.  The elderly lady that helped us out was very rude from the start.  She had a poor attitude and spoke to us about the shoes like she could have cared less.  My wife would ask a question and she would reply rudely and or sarcastically.  I bit my tongue and we purchased the shoes.  My wife returned the shoes and the other woman there helped her out.  She was just as rude.  My wife mentioned that she was reading the baby book to help out with raising your child.  My wife gave my son a bag to play with to keep him occupied for 20 seconds while she placed him in the car seat.  The lady says, "If you're reading the baby book, you should know you shouldn't give him that bag because he could smother himself."  Such poor service and she has to go back again because they gave him the wrong size the second time.  She just wanted to replace the original pair with a soft-soled shoe and they sized him down which made them uncomfortable for him.  Do not waste your time going here.  They are miserable people and don't suggest doing business with them.  If I could have given no stars, I would have.

I called to ask a question over the phone about school shoes and the employees response was "Can you make it quick?" I am utterly in shock by this, how can someone be so rude to a potential customer. Never will I shop here!
