The team at gregersons in particular Christy and Heather have gone out of there way many times for me and my wife, I just wanna say thanks , and they have the best price on medicine.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS ITS LENGTHY BUT CUSTOMERS BEWARE PLEASE !Do not go to this pharmacy . I went there for myself my wife and my daughter regularly for a few years .

Having a whole family get all their prescriptions there is good business for a small pharmacy especially with double prescription drug coverage. That made no difference to the staff there . My wife and I were treated horrible by the tech named Heather Scott . We would hear her constant belittling of customers and a lot of the attitude the gentleman in the previous review posted I heard it first hand myself .

Then it started on me . No regard for privacy laws and they announced the names of our prescriptions and discussed private matters for everyone in the pharmacy to here . 

The final straw was when I had a partial prescription with 19 pills left that magically disappeared and showed filled in their records even when I produced bottles and bank statements Heather Scott denied my evidence .

So fastforward until 1/2/17 when gregersons pharmacy is the only pharmacy open in Gadsden. I didnt want to give them money for letting me suffer 19 days without my medication but needing my medication none the less .

I go to gregersons purchase minimum amount of pills and went about my business following day I call my regular pharmacy to transfer my script back to them . Heather Scott denied them saying I had a week supply and she wasn't going to do it .

We said OK but called back and asked if everyone else gets a one month supply of meds at a time then what's the difference ? She was very hateful to my wife and a shouting match and words were exchanged and Heather Scott threatened my wife and told her shed be in the parking lot for us to come on In front of the staff!  When we didn't show ROH actually called my phone to see why we hadn't shown  .

Well on 1/4 we called again to have my prescription transferred and again we were denied . Little did Heather know I had spoken with the Alabama state board of pharmacy and had filed 4 separate claims against her and gregersons.

At the end of the conversation I informed Heather Scott there was a case opened  on them and what she was doing was illegal. The response was no one not the state board no one can make them transfer my prescription it's pharmacist discretion only .(she's a tech)

Well when the chief investigator at the state board of pharmacy heard the conversation a quick call to gregersons by him to let them know the prescription was my property as the patient and they were breaking the law had my prescription transferred to my local pharmacy within 5 minutes .

1 claim won 3 left to get Heather out so the good people that visit this place won't haft to deal with her by the time the state is through with her .

My advice if you do enter gregersons and see a heavier blonde that is a pharmacy tech shoulder length blonde and a bad attitude do not give them your business . Especially if you need medication to live or work they play with your lives and think it gives them power holding it over your head .

The only positive person there is the other pharmacist Crissy she is amazing and never treats anyone like the rest of the staff maybe she can get a job at a better pharmacy when gregersons is closed for violating people's basic rights as patients . Please listen to me if you need your medicine daily or have a loved one that does don't trust these people!

Several times I heard Heather Scott loan meds to friends or people she liked that ran out early or overtook etc . They would receive a plain bottle no label no record . I assume that's where my 19 pills went as ROH and company were nearly shut down once before because they got busted for being low on a count and or giving people meds without a script the details are fuzzy but it came from ROH and heathers mouth to me .
Anyone that wants to hear the taped conversations or my complaints with the state feel free to send me an email I'll send you the evidence if it keeps your loved ones away from this place !

Please terminate Heather  before she kills someone!

Very rude unfriendly staff. Their store is not clean and they have no willingness to help their customers. Don't go here unless you want to feel like an inconvenice to the staff when you're trying to spend money on their goods. I'll give my money to another pharmacy instead. One that wants to help.

Very rude pharmacist, his attitude is horrible 
Will never recommend this to anyone after what he did to me and my family too 😐

Absolutely, 100%, the worst attitude a pharmacist could have. I've never been treated like I was street trash until I tried to have something filled there. I didn't get his name, & didn't care to, so I apologize if there's more than just this one pharmacist. 
I had to visit a Drs office in Birmingham because it was the best place for me to go, I live in Centre, so of course my commute lead me through Gadsden, & then back through Gadsden, I just happened to notice the pharmacy sign on my way back home, so I stopped, HUGE mistake!!! I got interrogated like I was a common criminal, "why are you not getting this in Centre, why did you go to Birmingham, why are getting this, I hope you can pay for it all, you got cash or what?" Obviously, all these questions can be expected if you're using the pharmacy for the 1st time, but they can be asked in a sincere, & polite manner. 
This was just my experience, so don't let me discourage you from using them, but don't be surprised when you turn around & walk out.
