I went to submit passport applications for myself and my infant son after ours were stolen.   One of the clerks I believe her name is Wanda, looked at me and said "12 weeks old and he already lost his passport wow good job".  I have decided to take my business elsewhere and will be going to the Harrison county courthouse in Marshall. 
 One of the other clerks, Brittany was rude as well.   So if you must do business at the county clerks office at the Gregg County Courthouse just beware and put your smiley face on when you have to deal with these two women. 

The reason I'm giving them two stars is that they were willing (with some begging and two supervisor requests)  to print something off for me.
