I never visited Gregory's before and kind of expected the same experience as a Starbucks. The reality was very different, though because this is so much better. The service was terrific. Very friendly, properly prepared coffee, and delicious to boot. The selection of sweets was great as well, and most importantly, they were fresh. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise which will keep me coming back.
Apathetic service from the African American lady when we asked why our drinks were significantly underfilled. Her response was “that’s how it is”and did not remedy the problem, ignoring us after that. The large drink was basically filled to the size of the smaller drink. The red headed male employee thankfully stepped in and told her to fill up the cup properly. Two stars because the situation shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place.
Decent place. The deluxe vegan sandwich is tasty, but small and of course it costs more than any other breakfast sandwich on the menu. But all in all, a good place to go.Food: 5/5
Terrible service, terrible coffee. The staff had zero interest in providing customer service. They didn’t even look me or other customers in the face and were way more interested in standing around chatting or being on their cell phones, meanwhile, the store is a mess with rubbish on the floor and tables. And the coffee was horrendous. I ordered a flat white and was served a coffee with hot milk, not a flat white. I visited on March 30th 2024 at 12.10pm. And, to make matters even worst, there is no customer restrooms
My first time at this location. Loved the atmosphere and the cheerful service provided by the people. But I had the same issue as another costumer. My drink was like still an inch from the top. And I just ordered an americano with a splash of milk. I did not ask for room for anything. But then the drinks after mine were full so I’m not sure if it’s just the Americano drink itself so I didn’t ask.
I ordered a flat white, and I got a milky latte. The barista needs to be trained on the coffee / milk ratio for a flat white. Very disappointed.Food: 1/5
I loved this place! It was close to my hotel so I went every morning. Good coffee, cute setting and really nice baristas.Food: 5/5
Their NU brew and Hall & Oats are pre-made. Not sure what other drinks are since you can change the diary option. For NU brew, I wish they could have plant-based milk versions. Feels like a fancy version of Dunkin.Recommended dishesBrew
Excellent service. This Gregory’s Coffee location is on top of the coffee game. Service was kind, fast, and the workers helped with any questions we had regarding their different drink choices. Extremely fast service! I had the Salty Caramel Cold Brew and it was ready within the minute of paying for the order. Their location is very clean and the decor is so lovely! The coffee is fantastic and I would highly recommend trying the cold brew options. If you’re looking for a great cup of coffee and a snack, drop into this location if you can as the service was impressive.
