Great place to swim. 

my dogs loved this place super dog friendly place!! There was a big group that was super loud blasting their music from their boat all evening and late in the night which was really annoying, would of loved to have peace and quite of the great outdoors but in all it was a good spot. Easy access to swimming , and great hiking. The campsite have grills, tables and shade! All camping spot have easy acces or short walking distance to water!!! Definitely going back..

The park itself is fairly clean however there is a lot of dead trees in the paths that present a fire hazard. The park hosts have rarely been friendly or even professional for that matter. I personally wouldn't recommend this park

Great primitive campground with plenty of access to the river and a compost toilet.  Picnic tables and fire rings at each site.

These photos were actually taken at Krause Springs in Spicewood. But, when posting, it defaulted to Grelle Recreation Area.  Krause Springs is privately owned and a lovely place.

This place it's horrible dead cow in the water bank, grounds are grassy not suitible for small kids
