Was notified of delayed times for my projected delivery date, only when I had to call in on the day my car was planned to be ready...

Other than that, the workmanship is what matters most, and that is where Gray's turned the table on this review.

Beware the longer than usual wait for your car, but acknowledge how busy they are and the superior level of detail and work they do.

Grey's Auto Collision is the best collision center myself or my family has ever used.  The people here are amazing and Glenn is so knowledgeable!  They are helpful and friendly and make you feel like family.  We will never go anywhere else!

Great paint and auto body done by professional certified techs.Sikkens paint match perfectly.Customer service was priority..

I had my Infiniti repaired here, and Grey's did an excellent repair. There were a variety of unexpected events that caused the repair to take longer than planned, but Glenn, the owner, went out of his way to ensure it didn't cost me additional out of pocket expenses. I was so appreciative of his service and considerations. Grey's Auto is a great American company,  who go out of their way to provide excellent service.

They kept my car for the maximum time allotted by my insurance company (Meaning I had to pay the maximum for rental car). Repair work questionable. Customer service poor - when calling to get an update, you could tell it was "not appreciated that you actually had the nerve to call and ask for an update....". I kept getting referred to check the status on their website, so I wouldn't bother them. 
Overall bad experience on both sides of the business. Would not recommend.
