They need to get with the times and allow us to just show tickets on our phone. The old lady at the counter and the drivers are so so rude. 

I tried to print my ticket at home, but my printer didn't let it. So, I decided to print it out at the bus station. That was my mistake. The lady at the counter was super rude, condescending, and just an pain. She rudely told me I couldn't print out my ticket due to it saying I already printed it out. I asked her if I could use my phone, she  rudely said no and shoved a paper in my face.  When I tried to buy another ticket, my card kept on getting declined. This was a waste of $30. Please choose ourbus instead.

Have not had problems at any other bus terminal.  Poor service, rude staff.  Also they should get with the times, why do they make such a fuss about printing out your ticket?  Support better alternatives like ourbus when you can

Wow... I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service person it my entire life.  I also watched the worker abuse most people that came through her line.  The older gray haired lady that works here truly makes this world a worse place met alone the bus station.  She should be fired.

I needed the bathroom, the lobby lady told me that I had to use the bus because it does not work. I had to go urgently to buy in a nearby restaurants to be able to use the bathroom. Uffff please fix it

Seats aren't very comfortable while waiting and the mood is kind of dead.

Buses on the other hand are trash for long distance. Zero comfort
