If I could give a zero rating, I would. Should really consider hiring new staff. My father's baggage was lost after one of their buses broke down on Sunday from St. Louis to Fort Leonard Wood. The workers at this station refused to help him with locating it. The day after his bus broke down he went into the station to see if they could assist him with calling the St.Louis office, since they weren't picking up the phone, to see if his baggage was there. Their associate Pam was incredibly aggressive from the moment he arrived and yelled in his face that he would "get his f**cking bag." Then she proceeded to call her manager who demanded my father leave the building without even allowing him to say anything. We called and checked in multiple times over the next couple days to see if it arrived, which they said it did not. Greyhound customer service finally, after 4 days, located the bag in Springfield, which means the workers at this location didn't bother to pull the bag off when it came through on a bus earlier in the week and just let it keep going. On Friday we went into the station for multiple buses that arrived from Springfield to see if the bag had made it yet, after being told it was being sent from Springfield that day. It did not arrive on the first two, but the manager assured us she would call Springfield to make sure it made the evening bus and call us back, which she never bothered to do. We called Springfield on our own to make sure it made the bus, which they confirmed no one from the Fort Leonard Wood station had called them to do. That evening my husband showed up asking about the bag and Pam advised him the bus would not be there until 10:40. He went back at 10:10 and pulled up right as the bus was pulling away and attempted to run after it. He was informed by the manager that the bus would not stop for him. When he asked her if she had asked about the bag she stated "she does not look unless she is advised by a customer to do that." We talked to her FIVE times that day, as well as she was supposed to be handling it on her own. She was well aware that a bag was supposed to be on that bus and chose to do nothing to help. On Saturday my father called early in the morning to ask if they could look out for his bag coming through, as we were advised to, and was told "she would see what she could do." When my husband arrived to pick up the bag Pam proceeded to make nasty remarks to the bus driver about my father and that he "told on her" because he filed a complaint about her yelling profanities at him. HORRIBLE customer service. Vindictive workers who refuse to help a customer after they lose their stuff. Pam, and her manager, should be fired for their inappropriate actions and clear unwillingness to help.

Crappy staff, rude with co-workers inappropriately in front of customers. Rude with customers. Constant negative language used towards cab companies in front of customers. Just an all around bad place. They need to get new management and staff.

I wish there wear an option for no stars. They have 2 trips daily, 9:20 and some time after 3. I booked the first one, it is now 10:13 and still no bus. Mind you, I have a flight at 1:45. I am being told that the bus won't be here for another 1 1/2 and it takes 2 hrs to get to the airport. The worker told me I should take a taxi that will cost me $180 that i will not be refunded for, nor will I be refunded what I paid for this ticket.

This is second trip this year which makes it about 1000 miles of painful seats. This trip was urine smelling bus. Decent drivers for the most part. Felt like i was in jail release area in Amarillo.
