I don't usually write reviews, but Greyhound is the biggest joke of a company I've ever encountered. They have arrived well over 2 hours late before without explanation, and I wish I could say that was an uncommon scenario. Though it may be hard, avoid Greyhound if at all possible. Seriously.

My daughter took a greyhound bus from VT to Boston and missed her transfer bus to RI because the first was late, I called and was told that the bus stays and waits for the first bus, when she finally got to Boston the next bus was gone.
