Friendly service.  It could use a sign that saids "cargo shipping". Park in parking lot section,  small office facing street.

Couldn't find they Greyhound Station when me and my family first arrived. Once we found it, we realized how small it was. Very dirty inside.

I had purchase tickets online through the website, once I as ready to go they would not allow me to get on because I did not have my boarding ticket. Even though they could verify it was me the customer who purchased the ticket and even though I could show them my confirmation on my phone... I had to go to staples to print it, I missed my ride and had to take the following bus which made me be extremely late. Never again. Awful customer service.
