I wanted to cancel my ticket from New Carrollton station to Dallas Texas, it's a return ticket,  but I can't get through. Since yesterday. I don't know how to get my money back or refund. I need to get get my refund back.

I bought a ticket to go from New Carrollton to DC for a 12:40 departure. I arrived 15 minutes before the bus was supposed stop and it turns out that bus doesn't exist. I waited 45 minutes and asked 4 different people if I was in the right spot or if they saw a bus leave early. Turns out I paid for a bus that doesn't exist and I wasted 45 minutes of my time. I ended up having to have a friend take me to DC due to the incompetence of Greyhound. I will not be using their services in the future. Greyhound sucks.

This "station" is basically an outdoor kiosk.
I decided to try this "station" because it had multiple bus departures and it was closer to my home. DO NOT come here if it's hot, cold, or there's any form of precipitation as there is NO INDOOR WAITING AREA. On top of that my bus was late and there were no updates provided. My recommendation, just go to the Greyhound station in downtown silver spring (where there's indoor seating and restrooms).

The attendant was not helpful at all when I arrived there to ship a package and claimed the system was down. I call the next day to confirm if the system was backed on and working properly prior to me attempting to drive all the way to new Carlton. The attendant put me on hold and left me on the phone for over 30 minutes. It was just a simple question that required a simple answer.
