It's not any particular place. Just some very rude drivers and rude workers at some of the stations. A lot of confusions when boarding and transferring from one bus to another, especially when not knowing if luggage stay on the bus or not. Mishandling of luggage, chair does not recline and seat belts doesn't work. Some bus where very dirty as well.

I been using greyhound services since I was in my early teens..I've ran into some rude drivers and some drivers that are very nice  I mean some buses are cleaner than others but the ones I rode on were nice and clean..but I agree with them not answering the darn phones but orher than that they are a nice travel bus to use when traveling

I travel here often and it's not perfect, but it's convenient with the amenities of traveling.

Horrible customer service, Drivers are rude, bus is filthy, seats are uncomfortable, no leg room. Would never recommend to anyone.
