Lady ran out of office early. Before she was to be closed. Was extremely rude. Would not allow me even ask a question. Made racial slurs and cussed at me. I had small children with me. Horrible experience. I just wanted to go home and see my family. Now I may need to seek counseling for my children.

This station gets no stars for the simple fact that that women that work there is very rude and unhelpful...she needs to be replaced by someone with a little more people skills...

The hours posted are from 9-12 and 2-5 but I got there at 4 to find they were closed. There was a poorly hand written note on the door stating the hours were only 9-12 with no afternoon service. For those of us that have jobs to work around this is, frankly, horrible service. I had to ship a package via Greyhound and was relying on the afternoon hours to be accurate for pickup, but I guess working more than 3 hours in a day is too much for this location. UPDATE: I called customer service and they also said the hours should be 9-12 and 2-5. I did file a complaint against this location, hopefully they follow through with an investigation.

This place has a very rude woman working there its only open gor four hours a day 8a 12p thrre is no other place in town to buy ticket for bus
