Nice and clean place. I was next door waiting for this place to open. I called to make sure I don't lug 100 lbs to find out its not open and freeze outside but nobody picks up the phone. I make my way over because I saw movement inside the station. The lady was a little rude and as I wait for my bus the phone rings and she will not answer it. Sucks for the person trying to make arrangements.

Unfortunately there is no choice for very poor-extremely poor.  Gray hound oversells tickets and then tell some passanger that they do not have room in the bus for them at the point of boarding the bus.  I was sold a ticket for $ 190.50. At the time the bus came in I was told by the driver that the bus was full and there was not room for me. I showed him my ticket and he said that did not mean anything because everyone who as in the bus also had a ticket and there is not room for me. From the beginning the ticket agen was a very rude woman and the bus driver was very rude as well. I was not given a chance to board the bus and then I was told that my ticket was non-refundable. If I wanted a refundable ticket I should have bought it for $ 25.00 more dollars at the time I bourght my ticket.  Even though it was not my fault and I was there to get aboard and was refused an entrance to the bus they did not want to return my money.  THIS IS BLUNT THIEVERY. BE WARE. This was happed to many people I have talked to about this incident. GO TO ANOTHER LINE OF BUSES AND DON'T GET CHEATED!!!
