Greyhound and their staff suck They all hate their jobs yet they're in fear of losing their job lol not fearful enough to refrain from verbal outrages and abusing travelers who make their feeding their family possible

Never answer their phone, called during business hours too. Stopped by the office at 1:45 pm, no one there. McDonald's next door said they called the agent. No wonder there was no answer to the phone. Waiting until 2pm then leaving.
