No sitting arrangements for passengers in cold weather

Pathetic hours at depot- no hours on wknds nor holidays and time closed during regular work hours for package handling. Overall pathetic efforts by Greyhound to provide transportation services to Canadians. One bus in either direction and in the moddle of the night for one of them.Can only buy tickets online if you have printer- no other options in 2017?!
