From someone who travels a lot, Greyhound is not the way to go if going to the west coast. The Greyhound line stops in Chicago and you get transferred to Jefferson lines. Some drivers are chill, but some do not want you to talk. Even going as far as threatening to kick you off the bus. The seats are small and narrow making it uncomfortable to sleep in during the night. The back of the bus has a three seat (instead of the usual 2) and depending on the bus the heat from the engine is excruciatingly unbearable. Spend the extra money and get a plane ticket. If you place ticket orders in December they tend to be cheaper and makes the trip faster.

I have used greyhound many time in my life but my trip to montana was one of the most enjoyable yet.

Good location. Subway right across the parking lot and other eateries within a few blocks. Friendly employees. Vending machines inside with clean bathrooms.

THERE NEED TO HAVE BUS ROUTE GOING GREAT FALLS , MT & BACK TO MISSOULA , MT FEW DAYS A WEEK OR EVERY DAY !

The first time was long but awesome. I loved the bus experience, and everybody was quiet and peaceful. The driver was excellent, loved how he had done his job accordingly and just laid back.
