Aweful company!! Cost my husband and son the once in a lifetime opportunity to see the Philadelphia Eagles Championship Parade today. Buses were overbooked and tellers didn't even know that other buses were arriving so people had left the station in Mass thinking that they could not get on a bus!! This was a priceless opportunity for my husband and son that was ruined!!! Will never use this service again!!!A refund could never repay what they lost today!

Me and my boyfriend was suppose to take the greyhound bus from Wilmington, DE to New York, NY. The greyhound at Wilmington, DE tells us at 7:00pm, 10mins after the scheduled time at 6:45 that the bus to New york, NY will not be at the station until another 3hours. They wasn’t trying to give us a ref Nd. We was told to take the bus that is pulling up to Philadelphia and transfer to a New York bus. . We got half-way and still wasn’t able to get on the bus to New York because they put us on a $5 peter pan bus. Did i mention that they had their kids at the place also while they was working. Also they wasnt even wearing greyhound uniforms. Who knows if they even worked there. Worst service ever in Wilmington Delaware. I’m atonished

Poorly maintained, bathrooms didn't even have soap. Don't remember the last time my bus *wasn't* severely delayed.

I had a bus back to New York City from this station. I bought my ticket in advance and was on time to the station, but the bus was overbooked so there was simply no seat. Instead of providing a refund or an alternate itinerary, the driver and man at the counter simply told me there was nothing they could do. So I ended up paying $100 for a last-minute Amtrak ride home. I will never take Greyhound to Wilmington again.

This place doesn't even deserve a ONE star! This is probably the most dirtiest greyhound station I have ever been to! First of all, me and my boyfriend go in there and go to the front desk to get tags and stuff and we say "HI! How are you doing?" But the girl just gives us a finger like a "hold on" and she doesn't make any eye contact and she has the baddest attitude. Me and my boyfriend then go to the restroom and there was feces all over the bathroom stall and no SOAP?!?!?! There was no soap in ANY of them?! Is that even legal? Oh and then my boyfriend gets a Dr. Pepper from the machine and the pop isn't even COLD? It's warm and it cost $1.75! Oh did I also mention that the tv is on the FLOOR? Yeah. I will say me and my boyfriend will never ride in a greyhound again because we have had nothing but bad attitudes from employees at every station! Maybe $800 for a plane ticket is worth it! Please don't spend your money for this company!
