I had a problem with the El Centro bus station,I came here because it's where I bought the ticket and they easily resolved my problem,they were much more polite and calm than the El Centro station

The bus was an hour late. The driver was driving fast and busted the axel. I paid a good samaritan to take to my destination. When I got to the bus station, they denied me a refund. It was a road trip from hell. Never again.

The workers are so nice and its right next to the trolley so you don't have to bring your car and leave it. They have heaters at night time for when it gets cold and the buses come at the time they say there suppose to be.
