Arrived at 7 a.m., went through all the paperwork, was seen by a nurse and a PA. Left the clinic at 8:15 with instructions and a prescription take care of my problem. All along the process it was professional,  respectful,  and I felt they listen to my problem and prescribed the right solution. Everyone must remember that this is a walk-in facility and you're going to have to wait.

I had just moved here and it will take over a month to get into a primary doctor. So I used the walk in clinic. I had passed out earlier and still very nauseous probably from the heat.. It took over an hour to get in and once in, the nurse practitioner interrogated me as to why I didn't go to my regular doctor. I explained the circumstances and then she began to chastise me for not making an appointment with them... which I had, so it was a bunch of wasted hot air. I had been feeling sick for a week and thought something else might be going on. She did run a cbc and her nurse called later that afternoon to tell me everything was fine. I knew differently yet they had no time for me. I also asked them to change the longtime cholesterol script from horse pills to crystals because of painful spasms I was having trying to down the pill. They never did it and told me I need to go to my regular doctor. I then explained again that I couldn't get in to see them for a month.  They still refused to do it.  I then had a battle with the receptionist to get my records.  I will never go back there again. This place is a joke and a money making conveyor belt.  Lets face it, the medical industry is going to the dogs. What good is insurance if you can't get real help when you need it!
