We had an amazing experience working with everyone in this company- the owner Glen came to our house during the busy summer months after only one call! He came right over the next day to give us an estimate on a variety of projects around our home. We were able to finalize our plans within the month including- cutting down and grinding tree stumps, leveling ground in our backyard, digging a drain system and connecting it to existing pipes, AND building us a huge back patio- all within a month! I got similar quotes from other companies AFTER we had already set a date for these projects. Griffin's guys were quick and thorough- the other companies snoozed on the business! I will absolutely be calling again for future projects. Thanks guys!

Called several times to set up snow plowing, call was never returned. Further called about firewood purchase and delivery, no call back. Actually glad that didn't happen because recently bought several bundles of their wood, available at local gas station and lumber yard and it's not properly seasoned, the end grain is not splintered or grayed and it doesn't burn all the way through.

I am writing this review in hopes that the Griffin Landscaping organization will return our phone call or at least acknowledge the letter and phone calls we sent about them over charging us for their services. On Oct 18 th 2016 I spoke to Joe on their team regarding a leaf clean up on our property. I had him visit the house to give a quote prior to starting any work. He visited my property that day and called me and stated that the work to clean up the front yard and driveway would be approx $650.00-$800.00 give or take. We agreed that this amount would be acceptable and that he would send workers on Friday Oct 21st or Sat the 22 nd. On Friday there was rain the workers were only able to work aprox 3-4 hours and then the rain was too severe for them to continue. The workers then returned on Saturday and they finished by mid day. Aprox 3 hours. To our surprise Griffins sent us bill charging us for more than double-triple the quoted amount. At no time did Joe have a conversation with me to let me know that the work was extending beyond the quoted amount, and there would be additional charges or give me a chance to re- evaluate my needs and budget. Therefore, I enclosed a check for the amount of what was agreed upon to cover what I felt was fair and reasonable for the work performed. I sent the check with a letter asking them to call me so we could discuss. I have also followed up with an additional letter and a phone call to the company, and at no time have they extend the courtesy to get back to me so we could come to an agreement. Instead, they continued to bill me for the additional over change without explanation. This is unfortunate, as we have just moved to Briarcliff Manor and was in need of a new landscaper. Your company was recommended by a neighbor and unfortunately we will not be able to continue to do business with you until this is resolved. Looking forward to hearing back from you, so we can resolve this situation. Angela Dotson-Giardini
