Derek Cole who Handled my business insurance is very very professional he's not all about taking your money and running he's more concerned about treating you fair and getting you the best bang for your buck I wasn't going to go through this company as I was going to go somewhere else but Derek changed my mind without him knowing I wasn't originally going to go through them but hey I gave him a shot and listened he actually got me the best rates for my business and worked hard to do it keeping my budget in mind so I went into the Bucksport office after speaking with Derek over the phone and I was met by Cindy another worker to finalize my paperwork even though our visit with Cindy was short she definitely made the process very comfortable and fast but very professional if you are looking for good services in the insurance field and you want that piece of mind I highly recommend Derek or Cindy Pffft or Both keep doing great guys I'm a customer for life as I also understand how important customer service is all about.

Great people. They have taken care of their neighbors for decades. They recently sold out to a bigger agency.  That worries me.
