They always give you enough on your plate for 2 meals. Damn good food. I highly recommend this place

We have been there several times, the food & price is great. Unfortunately, their website and outside customer service are lacking. I've tried calling several times, no answer or VM to even confirm I'm calling the correct number. On the website it states: "If you are not familiar with our company and your first contact with us is online: We would be pleased to hear from you! Please let us know what your needs and questions are, we will be more than happy to help." However, the only form of contact is said phone number. No email or messaging, basically you can't get ahold of them unless you show up on site. Very disappointed, going to have to call their competitor who's a little bit further away.

Travel an hour and a half at least every 6 months just to eat here. Serving ate huge, everything is fresh, salsa is amazing. Food has so much more flavor than other chains. Awesome

I ate here once, decided to treat myself for my Birthday. Gringos is the perfect name ! Nothing Mexican about it. I can't understand how people rave about this place, obviously they have never been to a real Mexican restaurant! The servings and service, were fine, but the food was very dissappointing, it had no taste whatsoever. The salsa was like eating chopped tomatoes with some green onion on top, had absolutely no flavor. I had a combination plate and the only good thing on it, were the refried beans. Sorry but this ex California thinks people around here have absolutely no idea what real Mexican food tastes like. I might add I have worked as a cook for a good portion of my life. This was simply not up to snuff!
