Camp host was extremely rude.  She dumped water on our fire because she thought it was too big.  She said it could not be over knee height.  It was about knee height, however no rules were given to us when we checked in except keep the fire in the pit (which we did).  The host also said we weren't allowed to relight it.  I wanted to speak with her supervisor, but supposedly the supervisor wasn't available??  Fishy!!  I have been camping my whole life and have never run into a situation like this.  The host and her husband were horrible.  When we checked in they even made the comment they couldn't wait to leave (we were two days away from the campground closing).  I would recommend staying anywhere else.

The camp hosts for this campground were awful.  My family and I camped here over labor day weekend.  He and his wife came over several times to tell us to quiet down.  We were quiet, we have two children but we weren't making much noise.  He stopped by several campsites (and I talked to them afterwords) and nagged them too about various things.  He also told us that my kids weren't allowed to shoot ping pong balls out of an air gun.  He said it was against the law to discharge firearms in the federal park.  Seriously?  It is an air gun.  Shooting ping pong balls.  This guy and his wife have some major problems, and obviously hate their jobs.  The bathrooms were also disgusting, the men's toilet overflowed so badly that raw sewage was running over the street.  The old man campground host would literally drive through s*** to yell at people to quiet down and never cleaned it up.  It was gross and a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.  I will not be staying here again.  It was a very nice lake though, quiet!  No motor boats.

Camp host was very rude and was holding campsites for friends.when asked about what was available was told by the host that I can do what I want so go on hour way if you don't like it. So we did wentry to one of the other campgrounds host was very friendly and helpful. Save yourself a headache  don't stay at the grizzly  camp g round very rude host.

Grizzly is our favorite place to camp. The camp hosts are always very helpful and keep the facilities very clean and orderly.

Stayed here for one night during a 2 week motorcycle trip. We were here on the evening of June 11th and the campground was not full at all. Large, paved campground near Lake Davis, a great recreational area. The restrooms were nice and clean with running water, flush toilets, but no showers. Tent sites are spacious and parking pads can easily accommodate 2 vehicles or a long trailer. Will keep this campground in mind if we pass through the area again. Absolutely no light pollution - the night sky was beautiful!
