Delicious smoked meats & hand cut never frozen steaks. Made from scratch comfort food in a north woods themed dining setting. Good beer selection and happy hour drink/appetizer specials. Bar area usually has plenty of sports channels to watch. They also have a banquet room great for big parties/private events.

Had dinner there tonight with my husband. Waiter did his job.  Believe his Name was Chris.  My Bear chicken pasta and when it was served it was barely warm. When waiter came to ask how our meals were I told him my meal wasn't warm. He did offer to take it and warm it up. I declined.  I asked for a box so I could take the remaining dish home for our dog.  When I left the restaurant I went into the restroom.  Was shocked at how dirty it was. Top top it off neither of the doors to the stalls closed the wood in both were warped so they didn't fit. We will never returned to this restaurant

I'm very disappointed with me and my sister's dinner here. My sister has a gluten allergy, and in hearing of Grizzly's gluten friendly menu, we went. Off the bat, our waitress seemed ignorant when my sister was telling her she could not have gluten or dairy. When she received her salad, (specifically saying no croutons or cheese) it looked as if our waitress individually picked off the cheese and croutons. I say that because she missed some. It took us about 5 minutes to find a waiter and tell them she needed a new salad because of cross contamination. It took them two more tries for my sister to receive the right salad, which by then she was too nervous to eat. Other waiters brought out our food, while our waitress was no where in sight. My sister received a REGULAR bun and the burger had CHEESE. Once again, we could not find our own waitress, so we flagged down and re-explained to yet another waiter that she cannot have gluten or dairy. In the meanwhile, our true waitress came out to help the people behind us. Fifteen minutes later my sister received her right food. Only then did our waitress come to refill our cups. Thankfully, the other waiters took off my sisters meal, but to get the bill we had to walk to the front because again our waitress did not come to us. I'm very disappointed with our experience and I'm writing this review in hopes Grizzly's is open to better educate their employees on what "gluten friendly" is. Or at least fish out the bad waiters, because our experience was ridiculous.

My burgers and fries are always on point, waiting staff is friendly,  price is good, just takes a while sometimes to place and order and be served. At least it's this way during lunch, might be better at night.
