Gross & Son did an amazing job repairing my Jeep! Their customer service is impeccable! Completely exceeded my expectations! This is the only body shop that I have ever used that has their own car rental service. This service makes it incredibly convenient! No need to make separate arrangements with Enterprise or Hertz! Grow & Son is an all in one package. Eddie, Julie, and Roseann were all a pleasure to work with. Every question was answered and explained, text updates about my vehicle were extremely convenient also! It was a pleasure working with this entire team! I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repairs or paint and body work!

Had my Optima fixed there. They did an AMAZING job. The staff there is truly awesome, and their work and guarantee is perfect! I love this place!!

One of the best repair shops in the country. Repair job was incredible and the car looks brand new. The parts that were replaced were replaced with brand new factory parts at a loss to the shop and that was much appreciated by me. I received a call every other day to update me on the status of my car and the car repair was completed several days before the estimated date. The car was cleaner when I got it back than when I dropped it off and on top of that, the customer service was amazing. Gross and Son worked with me to get a rental and work around my schedule. Great shop, great people, very satisfied.

Terrific and professional experience. Gross & Son Paint, Geico amd Enterprise made my auto accident/repair a positive experience. So extremely helpful. They went out of there way to assit me and completed my car repairs extremely quick. The Nissan Altima rental car was very nice. Linda & Julie were extremely helpful and kept me advised through-out the repairs. Thank you:)

Took about 3 weeks plus they sabotaged my stereo system after the repair. The car repair was a success but they created an inconvenience by shutting down my radio. Probably negligence on their part. Its an obscure ghetto side of town.
