They are frequently late and cause disruptions to passengers.  Busses don't always stop at transfer points or at designated stops while someone is waiting there to board. Having to wait for the next may cause my transfer ticket to expire and driver ask for the full fare again. Rarely do staff take responsibility and initiative to resolve the matter, just excuses.

Under no circumstances would I reccommend this service to anybody! I rode the bus once to a location 2 miles away and it took 70 minutes! The return trip took me half that time on foot. Matbus is a huge waste of money.

Route 17 runs hourly unlike the rest, so if any bus is late it will leave you regardless of transfer ticket or not. Basically transferred to the same bus to get where I started and walk now
