Our family has used them twice recently to clean our tiles and grout in two separate homes.  Both times, the floors looked like they were brand new after they finished.  They show up on time, work neatly, and do an Amazing job!  Ken Walker is very informative in explaining and demonstrating the cleaning process and shows you what you will receive at the end of the job.  I highly recommend The Grout Smith South Florida!

It is gratifying to deal with a professional like Ken who is very knowledgeable about the industry and the products and resources.  He takes the time to explain in detail about each step of the process along with  what to do and not do  and how to maintain the wonderful job that his team did.  They re-grouted our master bathroom to look brand new. It all starts with Denise who is a pleasure to speak to and very customer focused.
