There's not much I need to go to the branch office for which is nice. But when I do have to go inside it's a mess. You have to sign in on a computer first for anything. Really? So dramatically slow things  down. Of course that's probably the point. If you have to call them, forget about it.

They are always so helpful and friendly however if you need to speak with someone at a specific location you only get an 800 # to call and end up in a 15 minute wait to ask a question that takes less than a minute! They need to list the local numbers to help this process.

Well trained professional warm workers.  No issue to small or big for them and of course the free water and coffee helps!  An excellent location and a great place to do business, love it.

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER  FOR 13 YEARS .WHEN I GO TO THE BANK ,THEY ARE ALL SO PROFESSIONAL..THEY GREET ME WITH A SMILE ,THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL ..I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY ONE ..SO I WILL KEEP GOING TO MY BANK ,YES MY BANK ,BECAUSE THEY MAKE FEEL AT HOME ..
