This is a great place to take your dogs for grooming they are very accommodating with your schedule they take very good care of your dogs and my two dogs always come out looking clean and beautiful and happy and they smell great I'm a big fan of Grubb and Groom!

Been going for years. Took great care of my Shepard. Now we take our 14 year old big boy in for their fast service. They take good care of our boy and he looks great and in n out quickly so it's not so hard on him. Very nice owners.

I started bringing my dog here when she was 7 after cycling through all the groomers in Glendale. Many people with cocker spaniels can tell you they can be nervous wrecks at times, and Lucy was no exception when it came to grooming. I could go on for days with horror stories from those other shops treating my poor pup vilely, only making her fear of grooming worse.  But since going to Grub & Groom, she loves getting groomed and seeing everyone at the shop. She runs in there with her little tail going a mile a minute. Plus she looks more beautiful than ever before! Her issues with dandruff are well in the past and her coat is soft and shiny for weeks after taking her in. They even offer high quality training and in-home boarding, and they just started this new discount texting program with amazing deals sent out every week. Don't waste your time with other shops, this is the only place that actually knows what they're doing. Fantastic job guys.

These people almost beg for you to tip. Also, don't dare to be not as regular with the grooming dates. I went a couple months later than the regular 6 week visit, due to 'life issues', they jacked our price up about 7 dollars for all future visits, and gave me a hostile 'talking to' in front of other patrons. - AND  to really punish me they made sure that my dog had hair in front of his eyes so he couldn't see when I picked him up! Can't remember ever being so rudely and badly treated. Stay away from this place!!

This place doesn't deserve one star!  Anyone that has animals know how much we love them and how much they are part of our family, there our kids for heaven sake.  On July 29th i took my 11 year old dog Elvis to the groomers Grub and Groom 3434 Foothill Blvd in La Crescenta.  The owners name is Lee, Rob my husband picked him up at the end of the day and didn't notice right away until that evening that Elvis couldn't get up on the couch and he was also limping so I notice on his thigh that he had a bad burn the size of a blow dryer, some groomer there left the blow dryer on him and just walked away WTH.  The very next morning I called to talk to the owner and left a message and days following i called several times and left messages and he didn't even have the respect or audacity to return my call.  So my husband went down there personally to talk to Lee, he walked in to show him the picture of Elvis burn and Lee refused to even look at it and right away he said That didn't happen here or even to explain What happen to my dog?  Looks like to me he was well a where of what happened to Elvis my husband said Well we certainly didn't do this! The coward walks away by saying I'M CUTTING TIES WITH YOU, is that how you take care of your clients and have no respect for your animal? SO PLEASE if your animals go to Grub and Groom consider the fact that this could happen to your pet, your family! And if your even considering to go there for the first time, Please research, we are very annoyed and irritated by the way we were treated by this owner and he's a groomer himself! Go figure how would he feel if this happened to his animal?  I truly believe in KARMA!!!!! So off to the vet we go
