0 STARS - I have given this place 5 opportunities after being pissed on 5 times.  Today was the last straw.  After calling the phone line FIVE times today since opening (it is now 11:41am) and not getting an answer, I decided that since my prescription was sent in yesterday, it probably is ready... Although I couldn't get a phone confirmation BEFORE walking 7 blocks in 30 degree weather, up there.  TO FIND OUT IT WASN'T READY...  Okay... Granted, it could have been busy but when I explained that I called five times since opening and got no answer, Well I did get an answer...  Dr. JackASS apologizing for not answering the phone as the greeting to obsolete voicemail system.  

The clerk was the most dismissive individual I'd ever seen.  SO LACKING IN EMPATHY FOR THE POUNDING HEADACHE THAT I HAVE (one that could be cured with the prescription I walked in the cold to get) she nonchalantly brushed me off and could not have been more relieved when I finally left.  NOT A "THANK YOU"... "WE'RE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE."  OR ANY KIND OF CONCILIATORY GESTURE.  THESE IDIOTS ARE OBSCENE.  IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR A FAKE EMPATHY?????  ANY CONCERN???  YOU DISPENSE MEDICINE...  

AND THIS WAS AFTER FORGIVING YOU FOR SCREWING UP THE MEDICINE THAT SAVES MY LIFE THAT I HAD TO DO WITHOUT FOR 4 DAYS BECAUSE OF THIS PLACES INCOMPETENCE.  MAYBE MY $3000 A MONTH PRESCRIPTION MEANS NOTHING TO YOU...  I GET THE MESSAGE.  DO NOT GO HERE!  I TRIED TO DO THIS REVIEW WITH ZERO STARS!

Omg, why have phone whiten 1. You don't answer 2. Then your recording daddy's you'll call us back.  I left 3 messages in 2 days.  It wasn't until the vet lat message did you call me back,  but the following day.  I had left the message in the morning and it took more than 24hrs for you to return a call.  What? Because it was my 3RD message!? I will definitely drive than go back!!!

Pretty cool Grubbs Pharmacy.  Guy Quincy that's works here was kinda rude. But other than that Grubbs Pharmacy is on the top floor.  There is sushi and food on the bottom.

This pharmacy was good at one point I have liver cancer and they had my prescription for over a month when I called to ask if my medicine was ready first  they tell me that they had order it then 2 days later they tell me that they don't carry it  anymore which is ridiculous it,s ok had to get Grubb,s off my radar now am with Harris teeter,s pharmacy and they always on point
