Saw the positive reviews and tried setting up a walk through/estimate for potential problems for a house that I was planning on buying. I set the appointment for Monday (2/5/18) a week before and when I arrived to the house to meet the contractor....Nobody was there. I wait for about 10 minutes then call to find out what was going on. The secretary answers and it sounds like whoever I was supposed to meet forgot about our appointment. She said he would be out to see the house. It's now Friday 2/9/18 and I haven't received a phone call or email letting me know anything. Very unprofessional and if you like waiting out in the snow and freezing cold only to get flaked on then go with these guys. Going with a different General Contractor.

For the past 40 years I have been restoring about 12 houses a year with my employees and contractors.
Ben and GSI General provided me with the best quality, value, and service I experienced in 40 years.
I almost wish to keep this marvel only for my self.  I work in many states, Ben is the Best!!!!

I highly recommend GSI General, Inc. to anyone that values services that are of the highest quality with professionalism and courtesy. Their ability to understand the customer's needs is exemplified in designing and creating exactly what the customer wants and needs.  The craftsmanship and detail given to every aspect of a job goes beyond the call of duty.
