Hands down the best gym in the pacific northwest. Old school body building grit with knowledgeable owners who have a true passion for helping people reach their fitness goals. Loud music and great equipment make for a truly one of a kind experience. Love that they have a cafe with supplements, smoothies and other things to help with nutrition and overall health. Really appreciate the one stop experience.

Just an update to my previous review, I still give this gym one star now especially because after calling to cancel my membership I received a confirmation via email but three days later my account was charged. Eventually I got a refund and then was told that I did not have to worry about anything. Today, the owners sent me a club agreement stating tat I have dues to pay for the month of November! My membership has been terminated for three weeks according to the "owner's wife". Again, I do not recommend this gym to anyone, they are bad business!

This is the most amazing gym I have ever gone to! The owners Stephanie and Gabe are incredible. From the moment I walked in Stephanie instantly made me feel at home and although I was quiet and shy she broke me out of my shell by talking to me and getting me to open up. Within 2 minutes...literally 2 minutes I was smiling and couldn't wait to come back. Stephanie AND Gabe are both incredible trainers and have moved mountains for me!!!! I have unfortunately moved but am still working with them and will continue to do so. The gym is seriously amazing. If you're sick of corporate gyms, being started at when you go into a gym, hearing people gossip about others or even you in the gym, and are seriously just wanting to train and be around positive, non-judgemental people then you should seriously try it out!!!!! I was in Washington alone and met so many incredible people each time I came to the gym! Everyone says hello and if you have a question about something everyone is willing and able to help you out!!!! I wish I could give the gym 1000000 stars because 5 just isn't enough. Thank you guys. Keep doing what you're doing!!!!!!!

Was only inside for a minute but its definitely a gym for people who wanna get big and lift big

Never been there but I wanted to give 5 stars just because some guy gave it a 1 star because it wasn't the stupid type of cross training gym he's used to. He probably went in and felt inadequate thus resulting in a small rating to match his feeling of being a little guy... Seen your gym on youtube... Looks great!
