Couldn't even get approved for a car loan and I have a 730+ beacon way to go

Impersonal inside the place definitely not warm and fuzzy.  No way to pay online. Not member friendly. Not a place you want to stay with for a long period.

Gte Financial has now outsourced it's  SECURITY AND FRAUD protection services to a company that serves 650 other banks. If there is a fraud issue they will just shut down your account without notice. When you call, you will be transfered, put on hold and even hung up on. This is the SECURITY OF YOUR MONEY people, and GTE rather put it in the hands of an outside entity that doesn't care about you. Take your money and run.

possibly the worst pay by phone set up ever. Only if I pay $20 is the service reasonable.

I went here after having problems with my new card that I received in the mail. My card kept getting declined and the phone services weren't helping at all. So I decided to try and see if the problem could be fixed by going to the place instead. I was helped by a wonderful and very polite girl named Jessica, and she was a huge help to me. She was very nice and fixed the problem in not even 5 minutes. And I went in pretty frustrated, but walked out fully satisfied. Thanks, GTE!
